Area artists and teachers provide masterclasses for each orchestral instrument/instrument family.

     Gorgeous, newly renovated Eastern High School Auditorium

7:00 p.m. - Concert at Eastern High School
     free and open to the public

 

Notes:
Music is available on the DCYOP website  CLICK HERE!
Concert Dress will be black tux for men and all-black for women.

Location:  All rehearsals, master classes, and performance are at Eastern High School which is located at 1700 E. Capitol St. NE, Washington, 20003

Orchestra Day is free (and required) for those students who are already registered for the program at the Youth Orchestra level.  The fee to participate for students not currently registered is $15 for the entire day.  The concert is free an open to the public.

Not currently in the program and wondering how to determine if you're advanced enough to participate?  check with your private teacher or call us at 202-723-1612.  Students must be able to handle the literature.
